Had a fabulous meal here last night to celebrate our anniversary. The preparation and presentation of the food was A+. We started with the charred octopus and the mussels. We splurged on the tomahawk for two...it did not disappoint:-). We ended our meal with the creme brulee and the orange phyllo cake along with some espresso and black sambucca. Hey, it was our anniversary and our motto is "go big or go home" ;-) What elevates Moxie to another level is the service from all you encounter during your dining experience. First class all the way!

My husband and I tried Moxie for the first time on 04/11 for a long-overdue date night and were more than pleasantly surprised! As long-time fans of McCoy’s in Endicott, we decided to try Moxie’s on the suggestion of some friends who dine there regularly. Browsing the menu beforehand, I knew immediately I wanted to experience my first taste of Wagyu there. Upon arriving, I was taken by how elegant yet modern the restaurant was, with low lighting that provided the perfect intimate atmosphere for a date night-or even a night out with your girlfriends, family members, or drinks after work. The curtains upon entering are a lovely touch of drama. It’s a beautiful, elegant restaurant, unexpectedly tucked away right off the highway in Conklin. Our server and all of the staff were friendly and very attentive. Our drinks were never empty, but we were also given the perfect amount of “space” to dine together in peace on our date. I ordered the Nagano Wagyu filet & lobster with a side of lobster mashed potatoes. Heavenly! The filet was the single most tender piece of meat I have ever put in my mouth-hands down. Amazing place, the Food was very seasoned, very tasty and the presentation was Awesome. I would definitely come again. Our waitress Dustie was amazing, and the host that seated us James, was also amazing. Both very professional and delightful to have met.

We had scheduled our reservation at Moxie for a Valentine’s Day dinner date. The drinks were tasteful and beautifully made (I had and would recommend the Golden Cadillac cocktail). The presentation of our appetizers and entrees was stunning! With that being said, our server forgot to ring in a couple of the drinks to our table (to which we never received), and our entrees lacked in the temperature department. I ordered the Rotisserie Bison Prime Rib medium-rare, and it arrived very rare, making it difficult to chew. My wife had gotten the Australia Wagyu, which was slightly over cooked (medium-well) with her request for medium-rare. Again, the flavor was there, just not the temperatures. Overall, the ambiance of Moxie is always a treat. With more attention to the dishes and table service, it has the potential to be one of the most fine dining restaurants in the local area.

Spring Update/ March 2025 Ringing in spring a couple days early at Moxie with The Vernal Fizz, crafted by the fabulous Selena ⭐️! Trust me-you have to stop in and let her make one for you. It's a vibrant, juicy fusion of tart cranberry and rich blood orange, finished with a crisp splash of grapefruit soda that gives it the perfect effervescent lift. Light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor in every sip... it's like spring in a glass. The absolute perfect way to welcome the season! See the yummy picture! It’s a toss up which is better the Strawberry Passion Fruit Margarita from Valentine’s Day or the Spring feature, The Vernal Fizz! I think you should add them both to the permanent menu 😉… We had a fantastic experience at Moxie’s Restaurant in Conklin, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Dusty. From the moment we were seated, Dusty was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. she checked in at just the right times, made sure our drinks were always full, and was very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations.
